What is New Leaf Transformation?

Mama, how many times have you put other people or responsibilities in your life ahead of your own personal goals and self-care?

If you are like me, the answer is, “too many times to count.”

I was right there where you may be now.

It was, my privilege to nurture and care for 3 little ones, yet I was drowning in self neglect. The thought of how I felt back then, still causes strong emotions to well up in me now.

Thankfully, I was able to navigate through that time, with a lot of falling down (and getting back up) along the way. And here I am, fully prepared help you through this journey to become the healthiest, strongest and happiest version of you!

It is my mission to help YOU, Mama,  lose weight and gain confidence so that you can teach your daughter(s) to have self love and respect! This has to start with you!

With my personal experiences and passion, in addition to my professional training as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Fitness Chef, Certified Sleep Science Coach, Certified Life Strategies Coach, I have created a program specifically for you!

  • Transformation call consultation and assessment: This is transformational. It’s important that we get to the core of what has prevented you in the past from reaching your goals. Once we have this established, I will take the time to learn about your specific needs and goals, so I can customize your step-by-step success plan.
  • Customized meal plan: This is a key to your success. It’s exciting and healthy food that your entire family will love. You will also receive 1 new delicious meal plan every week for 8 weeks.
  • Mommy Flat Tummy Fix: You will learn exactly how to repair and optimize your core following childbirth, even if it’s been years. You will learn about the all-too-common Diastasis Recti, the abdominal separation that happens to all mothers through the process of pregnancy. If you don’t know about this condition, I will teach you how to check yourself for it.
  • 1-on-1 Coaching: What most trainers and coaches overlook is actually the most important aspect of reaching your goals and maintaining the lifestyle changes for good. That all-important key is your mindset. In this weekly coaching session, we will unlock the barriers that have been blocking your success for months and even years. Without this important piece, changes will not last.
  • Three workouts per week, delivered via my personalized fitness app Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Body weight workouts that you can do at home, with each exercise demonstrated.
  • Text and email support: Available Monday – Friday 9 – 4PM PT
  • Support in our Facebook Group: Like-minded moms who want more from their body and life.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY!! This is vitally important for you to finally reach your goals. What has happened in the past?
